11 Consecutive Torchbearer Awards - this award recognizes us as one of the top 10 Holiday Inn hotels worldwide. Eleven awards is an unprecedented achievement!
4 Quality Excellence Awards - this award is given in recognition of service excellence by Intercontinental Hotels Group. In 2004, the Holiday Inn Toronto Yorkdale was ranked #1 Holiday Inn for Service Excellence, of the IHG hotel-managed group of hotels.
Company of the Year (2004) - the North York Chamber of Commerce recognized the Holiday Inn Toronto Yorkdale as Company of the Year (50+ employees).
Award of Excellence for Human Resources (2004) - this award is given by the Hotel Association of Canada in recognition of the Holiday Inn Toronto Yorkdale being the best hotel to work at in Canada.
Tourism Toronto Award (2000) - Holiday Inn Toronto Yorkdale was recognized as having the "Best Hotel Employees in Toronto" by in the Where Toronto Tourism Awards.
Best of the Best Awards - Intercontinental Hotels Group gives these awards to outstanding leaders within the Holiday Inn chain. In the last 5 years, 6 departmental managers at the Holiday Inn Toronto Yorkdale have been recognized. A truly tremendous accomplishment.
