We feature 13 conference rooms on the lobby level of the hotel that can host groups of 5-450 in a variety of set ups. All function rooms are wheelchair accessible and located close to public washrooms. Our on-site audio visual company is here to assist you with all of your AV needs for your Toronto meeting, event or banquet.

York Ballroom - 4,200 sq. ft.

York Ballroom

York_Ballroom_Half_Rounds-LOur largest newly renovated ballroom with a maximum capacity of 450 guests in theatre-style seating, or 350 in rounds.

This room has a ceiling height of 13 feet and the room can be divided into three separate, same-sized rooms.

There are unobstructed sight lines in York Halls as it is pillar free.

deHavilland Hall - 2,400 sq. ft.

DeHavilland-FormaldeHavilland is a newly renovated room ideal for dinner functions, mid-size meetings or a convenient breakout space adjacent to York Ballroom.

It has a large permanent bar set up in the room and can seat up to 190 in theatre-style seating, or 160 in rounds.  This room has a ceiling height of 11′.

This room is very private and is located next to outdoor access, allowing for easy loading in/out of equipment.

Albany - 1,400 sq. ft.

Holiday Inn Toronto Yorkdale, YYZTY

Albany is a newly renovated flexible and private room with limited natural light that can seat up to 120 in theatre-style seating, or 100 in rounds.  This room has a ceiling height of 10′.

The room divides into two separate same-sized rooms, and is prefect for mid-size meetings or additional breakout space.

Allure - 650 sq. ft.

Allure-Meeting-RoomAllure---formalAllure is a private meeting room that can seat up to 50 people in rounds. This room is also a great area for cocktail receptions, private lunches or special occasions.

Allure is adjacent to Cafe Monterey offering direct access to our restaurant buffet, or private dining service.

A built-in A/V screen is included at no additional charge in this room.

William 550 sq. ft.

This newly renovated mid-sized 550 sq. ft. meeting room is the perfect size to host all levels of meetings accommodating up to 60 people in theatre-style seating, or 40 in rounds

A built-in A/V screen is included at no additional charge in this room. Howland and Cumberland are adjacent to William offering 3 rooms of the same size in close proximity ideal for breakout space.

Howland - 550 sq. ft.
