Can I plan a brunch during my event?

Our restaurant offers a full extensive Sunday brunch-style hot and cold breakfast buffet everyday(Monday – Friday 6:30 am – 10:30 am, Saturday – Sunday from 7:00 am – 11:00 am). We would be happy to reserve a space for you and your guests.

We do also have a private dining room in our restaurant that can accommodate a group of up to 50 guests. The Breakfast Buffet is $21.95 per person plus HST and gratuities and Sunday Brunch Buffet is $28.95 per person plus HST and gratuities (Sundays 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm – only available with group reservations).

What does your atrium offer?

Our atrium features an indoor salt water pool, whirlpool, and sauna as well as a full fitness centre, Kids Hideaway, billiards table, ping pong table, and Nerf tennis court (all available for your guests at no additional charge).

Can I plan a dinner at the Holiday Inn Toronto Yorkdale?

We have 13 banquet rooms available on the lobby level which can host groups of 5 – 350. please contact or 416-785-6856  to inquire about meeting room rental rates and banquet menus. Please note that all food and beverage must be provided by the hotel.

Am I able to get a late check-out/early check-in?

Upon availability we can arrange a 2:00 pm late check-out with no charge. Should you or your guests require a late check-out until 6:00 pm, there will be a charge of $50. Anything after 6:00 pm will be a full night’s stay. This cannot be guaranteed and should be requested at check-in.

Am I able to receive an early check-in?

We understand that sometimes our guests need to check-in early and it would be our pleasure to put in a request for you for an early check-in. Due to fluctuations in hotel occupancy, we are unable to guarantee a room at a specific time. We recommend calling the morning of arrival at 416-789-5161 to confirm if we can fulfill your request based on our availability. Please call 1-866-568-0046 to add an early check-in request to your reservation or indicate your request when reserving your room.

Are my guests able to book connecting rooms?

Guests can definitely make a request for connecting rooms, however, due to unforeseen circumstances and limited availability, we are unable to100% guarantee that guests will receive connecting rooms. We will do everything in our power to fulfill your request.   To request connecting rooms, please email with your confirmation numbers, and ideal bedding configuration, to check availability.

Does the hotel have suites?

Our hotel does not have suites available, however we do have Executive King guest rooms, which you can book using the link provided above or by calling our Reservations Department 1-866-568-0046.

Do you have any nearby Salons?

Yorkdale Shopping Centre is located across the street from the hotel. There are many different salons and makeup stores located there to ensure you’re prepared for the day!

We are unable to provide you with a list of people that have specifically booked with your group due to privacy reasons.

  • Sunday Brunch Buffet is only served for groups with at least 25 guaranteed guests.  Should you have a minimum of 25 guests, we will gladly welcome your guests for a decadent Sunday Brunch Buffet experience.  The cost of the Sunday Brunch Buffet is $26.95 (subject to change) and is served from 12 Noon until 2 pm.
  • Cascades lounge and sushi bar offers an inviting, casual environment for lunch and dinner or to enjoy your favorite cocktail.
  • Café Express is open Monday-Friday mornings for a Grab & Go coffee, Espresso or Latté that can be paired with a light snack of bagels or fruit parfait.
  • Room Service is available Monday to Friday from 5.30pm to 11pm and on Sat and Sun from 7am to 10am and 5.30pm to 11pm (Timings subject to change)
  • Yorkdale Shopping Centre, adjacent to the hotel has over 40 food outlets to choose from including an upscale food court

  • Item(s) must be received at the Guest Services Desk no earlier than 2 days prior to the arrival of your guests

  • Should you decide to cover all or a portion of the charges for your guests, please print (CLICK HERE) and return our credit card authorization form.  A scan or copy of both the front AND back of the credit card MUST be submitted with this form.


  • ALL guestrooms must be guaranteed using a credit card or pre-arranged company direct billing account. Notification of cancellation must be received by the hotel before 6pm on the scheduled day of arrival.  A NO-SHOW charge of one night’s room and tax will be charged if no notice is given to hotel prior to 4pm on the day of arrival.



  • Yes, there is a $16 charge per 24 hours including in/out privileges (subject to change).  There is a two-hour grace period should you be expecting any guests throughout your stay.
